Heaven Eat Sdn Bhd ("K9 Studio", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) ("PDPA"). This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data when you enquire about, book, or attend a session with us.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, phone number/WhatsApp contact, email address, Instagram handle, booking and session details (date, service, preferences), payment and billing information, and the photographs and video captured during your session.

2. How We Collect Your Data

We collect data when you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or the website's contact form; when you book and attend a session; and when you make a payment.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your data to: respond to enquiries and confirm bookings; provide makeup, styling and photography services; edit and deliver your photos/videos; process payment; and, with your consent, send you promotional updates or feature your images in our portfolio and on our social media (Instagram/Facebook). 4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your data with parties who help us run the studio: payment processors, cloud storage or gallery-delivery platforms, and, if applicable, hair/makeup or styling collaborators involved in your session. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We keep booking records and session files for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements. Delivered galleries are generally kept on our systems for a limited period after delivery as a courtesy backup, after which they may be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading and saving your own copies promptly once your gallery is delivered.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access and correct your personal data held by us, and to withdraw consent for marketing use of your images at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
