Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or booking a session with K9 Studio. By using this site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using this website, or booking a session with K9 Studio, means you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. All bookings are made through WhatsApp or Instagram direct message and are confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) has been received.

2. Services

K9 Studio provides Korean-inspired makeover photography experiences, combining makeup, wardrobe styling, and photography direction. Exact inclusions, duration, and pricing for each session are confirmed directly with a client via WhatsApp/Instagram before booking, as packages are not published on this website.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is typically required to secure your booking date; the amount and any balance due will be confirmed with you directly when you book. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with reasonable notice (at least 48–72 hours before your session). Cancellations or no-shows with less notice than this may forfeit the deposit. Please arrive on time, since arriving significantly late may result in a shortened session so that other clients' bookings aren't affected.

4. Fees & Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer and DuitNow. Full payment is due on or before your session date, and edited photos/videos will be delivered once payment has been settled in full.

5. Image & Video Usage Rights

Clients receive their edited photos/videos for personal, non-commercial use (including sharing on personal social media). K9 Studio retains ownership and copyright of all images produced during a session and may use them for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes (Instagram, Facebook, and this website), unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session. Any commercial or resale use of session images by the client requires prior written permission from K9 Studio.

6. Makeup & Styling

Please inform us in advance of any known allergies or skin sensitivities so appropriate products can be used. A patch test 24–48 hours before your session is recommended if you have sensitive skin or any known reactions to makeup or skincare products. K9 Studio is not liable for allergic reactions where prior notice was not given.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K9 Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Heaven Eat Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revisions. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
